Who is the Astrologer teaching this course?
My name is Emily Ridout, and I’m a professional AstroYoga specialist, astrologer, folklorist, and yoga teacher. I teach my clients and students how to understand the astrology of their physical and energetic bodies in a way that radically empowers them to heal trauma, move through challenge, and create optimum mental/physical wellbeing.
I have cultivated my AstroYoga techniques for over a decade and I hold an M.A. and B.A in folklore with an emphasis on the esoteric, yogic, and astrological. I am one of few AstroYoga experts in the world teaching classes and training yoga teachers in this distinct style of yoga.
I offer private readings, group sessions, Astro-Memberships, and continuing education in AstroYoga for yoga teachers working on advanced certification.
