My name is Emily Ridout, and I’m a professional AstroYoga specialist, astrologer, folklorist, and yoga teacher. I teach my clients and students how to understand the astrology of their physical and energetic bodies in a way that radically empowers them to heal trauma, move through challenge, and create optimum mental/physical wellbeing.
I have cultivated my AstroYoga techniques for over a decade and I hold an M.A. and B.A in folklore with an emphasis on the esoteric, yogic, and astrological.
