Welcome to your last week in Mercury Retrograde for a while. There's a lot shifting this week before Monday's full moon in Virgo when Mercury begins to move direct again.

Tomorrow, Venus enters Taurus and Mercury reenters Aquarius for the second time this year. This particular planetary configuration serves as a reminder that love must be lived through action and expressed no matter what upheavals come your way. At the same time, thoughts must be examined with the greater good in mind.

Practice One Legged Toe Stand pose (Padangusthasana)

To practice this pose:

1. Kneel on both knees with your toes tucked under
2. Shift weight into your feet
3. Lift your knees
4. Draw one knee into the chest and straighten the leg
5. Bring hands to Anjali mudra OR rest hands on a block for added balance
6. Stay, balance, and breathe
7. Repeat on the other side
