The energies are shifting this week, with Saturn and Pluto recently turning direct from their retrogrades, and Mercury and Jupiter turning direct on Monday the 18th.

This final week of Mercury retrograde is here to give your mind and your efforts a moment of clarity and reflection, especially in terms of how your actions, words, and thoughts align with one another.

Check in with yourself. From the perspective that seeks your highest good, what do you want in your life, and who do you want to be?

Use the answer to that question to take a look within. 

Do your thoughts and communications reflect the direction that heads toward your highest good? Do you conscious efforts and automatic habits move you toward your most wonderful wellbeing? 

What needs to shift to take you toward head, heart, and body alignment? What needs to be taken up or released?

Let the answers to these questions guide you toward deeper self-integration throughout the end of these retrograde cycles, and you’re sure to see positive forward motion in the coming season.

Practice Eagle Pose (Garudasana)


To practice this pose:
1. Ground the right foot evenly on the earth or floor
2. Lift the left leg and cross it over the right (option to continue to wrap the ankle or leave it free)
3. Wrap the right arm over the left and place the palms together
4. Bend the right knee and descend the hips back in space
5. Pause, then practice bowing forward, drawing elbows toward knees
6. Repeat on the other side
