Use this awareness to cultivate intimate knowledge of your emotions, thought patterns, and physical sensations. What is it you truly want in life? How can you add a bit more awareness, humor, and ease to chasing your deepest desires?

Practice garland pose (malasana)
To practice this pose:
1. From standing, turn the knees and toes out slightly
2. Bend your knees and descend your hips toward the ground
3. Draw your hands to heart center
4. Broaden your chest and breathe
